The Black Cleaver
55 Attack Damage, 10 Cooldown Reduction, 200 Health. UNIQUE Passive: +10 Armor Penetration. Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion reduces their armor by 5% for 4 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times for a maximum of 25% armor reduction.
